What's food have to do with it?  Everything.  I started off loving to eat and cook at home.  When I was blessed with the opportunity to go to school, I decided on pursuing Culinary and Baking Arts.  I want to make people happy with food; I want them to love what they eat.

 

Jorgito's is a catering service I am starting.  It takes a lot to open up a restaurant, so I'm starting small in order to still spread the love.  I hope that this will help launch my authentic South American & Caribbean restaurant that I would like to open up in the Triangle here in North Carolina.
